We are currently seeking an Italian Speaking Partner Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong service orientation and fluency in Italian, dedicated to providing high-quality support to our partners. Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking partners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist partners with inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our services. Educate partners on product features, updates, and best practices to enhance their overall experience. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex partner issues and develop solutions. Follow up regularly with partners to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is achieved. Keep up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to improve support services. Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a related field is desirable. Strong knowledge of IT systems and excellent troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building. Experience with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
