This role is perfect for candidates who are customer service oriented and eager to advance their careers in the car rental industry while living in a vibrant and welcoming country. As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist Italian-speaking clients in managing their rental needs, ensuring smooth and positive customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients by managing inquiries, bookings, and rental processes efficiently. Handle vehicle pick-up and return processes, including thorough vehicle inspections and documentation. Clearly explain rental agreements, policies, and any promotional offers to customers. Collaborate with operations to maintain vehicle availability and standards. Stay informed about fleet updates and company procedures to assist clients effectively. Qualifications: Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or the car rental industry is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computer systems and rental management software. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new cultural environment. Positive attitude with a dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
