Process reservations and payments efficiently using internal booking and CRM systems, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and maintained. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner, reflecting the premium service standards expected in the tourism sector. Collaborate with partner tourism agencies, hotels, and travel operators to coordinate seamless vehicle rental solutions for group and individual travellers. Upsell and cross-sell relevant travel and tourism services such as GPS navigation, additional driver options, child seats, and travel insurance packages. Stay informed about current tourism trends, seasonal travel patterns, and destination-specific requirements to better serve Italian-speaking clients. Meet and consistently exceed individual and team performance targets, contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment. Native or fluent Italian language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role — a strong command of Italian is mandatory. Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation and employment eligibility). Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, travel, or a related field is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences within the tourism industry.
