As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking customers with their car rental needs, ensuring a hassle-free experience during their travels. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients, handling inquiries and reservations promptly and professionally. Manage the rental process from vehicle pick-up to return, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Conduct vehicle inspections and effectively communicate rental terms and conditions to customers. Collaborate with the operations team to maintain vehicle availability and high service quality. Keep up-to-date with the fleet and promotions to provide customers with relevant information and support. Qualifications: Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Experience in customer service or the rental/leasing industry is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computer systems and rental management software. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural setting.
