Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a great opportunity for an Italian Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant with paid relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is designed for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment. As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will support Italian-speaking clients throughout their vehicle rental process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking customers by handling inquiries, bookings, and resolving any rental-related issues. Manage vehicle rentals including pick-up, return, and vehicle condition inspections. Communicate rental policies, terms, and conditions clearly to clients. Collaborate with the operations team to maintain vehicle availability and service standards. Stay updated on fleet changes, promotions, and company procedures to assist clients effectively. Qualifications: Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in customer service or car rental industries is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computer systems and rental management software. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural setting.
