Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Italian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content on various social media platforms to ensure it complies with community guidelines and company policies, specifically targeting the Italian-speaking audience. Your work will help maintain a safe and positive online community. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate social media content in Italian to ensure compliance with community standards. Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in Italian. Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company procedures. Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to implement effective content moderation strategies. Stay updated on social media trends, moderation best practices, and policy changes. Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation policies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and sound judgment. Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency.
