This position is based in Greece, offering a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to provide quality customer support in the financial services sector. As an Italian Speaking Support Agent, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to their credit card accounts, ensuring they receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities Provide exemplary customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding account details, transactions, and credit card features. Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high satisfaction rates. Document all customer interactions and issues within our CRM system for tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients and address more complex inquiries. Stay updated on company policies, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer support roles, preferably in the financial services or credit card sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize workload effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and financial service tools is a plus.
