REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Italian (essential)
• Mature, empathetic, and reliable
• Experience in aged care or disability support preferred
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or similar qualification highly regarded
• Current Police Check, First Aid, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and mature Italian-speaking Support Workers to assist elderly clients in Narre Warren and surrounding suburbs. This role is ideal for someone with strong cultural understanding and fluency in Italian, who can provide meaningful companionship and day-to-day support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Support with daily routines such as personal care, mobility, and medication prompts
• Engage clients in conversations and activities in Italian to help them feel comfortable and understood
• Maintain professional boundaries and deliver care with respect and dignity
