Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage lead information.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to enhance service offerings.
  • Achieve monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.

  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in English; and Italian
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
