Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for dedicated Italian-Speaking Transportation Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. The ideal candidates will provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients in the transportation sector, ensuring seamless communication and efficient problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and professional customer service to Italian-speaking clients regarding transportation services and inquiries. Handle booking processes, scheduling, and resolving customer issues via phone, email, and other channels. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation operations. Stay informed on transportation policies, products, and procedures to assist customers effectively. Proactively identify improvements to enhance customer experience and service efficiency. Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably within transportation or logistics sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. Capacity to multitask and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and transportation systems is beneficial. Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to deliver excellent service. Willingness to work and live in Greece, embracing a multicultural workplace.
