Key Responsibilities Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional support for their travel inquiries. Offer tailored advice on travel packages, destinations, and lodging that meet client needs and preferences. Create customized travel itineraries that showcase clients’ interests and ensure enjoyable experiences. Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries efficiently, striving for high satisfaction levels. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences in our CRM system for smooth follow-up. Stay updated on the latest travel trends and notable destinations to provide relevant and exciting recommendations. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly advantageous. Previous experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. A genuine passion for travel and good knowledge of various destinations and cultures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. Able to effectively address customer complaints and provide tailored solutions. Comfortable with CRM systems and standard software applications.
