Mercier Consultancy MD is currently hiring Italian-Speaking Video Streaming Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about video streaming services and keen to support Italian-speaking customers with professionalism and care. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a positive streaming experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to video streaming services. Assist customers with account management, subscription inquiries, and basic technical troubleshooting. Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems. Stay updated on video streaming products, features, and promotional offers to inform customers effectively. Collaborate within the team to enhance customer service quality and resolve issues promptly. Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Fluent Italian language skills (spoken and written) are required; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, especially within the video streaming or technology sectors, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation. Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting of video streaming services. Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools. Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team environment in Greece. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
