We are part of Università degli Studi “’Niccolò Cusano’ Telematica - Roma”, leading university in the online eduaction. The University offers both traditional face to face lessons at its Campus in Rome and modern e-learning lessons with more than 30.000 students.
Job Descripition:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine and friendly Student Assistant to join our great team based in Dublin. You will have the opportunity to be involved in an
innovative educational environment, working with a nice and easy-going team in the heart of Dublin. We believe in providing amazing support experience and always going the extra
mile in whatever we do and we are looking for passionate, motivated and hardworking Student Assistant to join our team.
Your main role would be to support our students, answer their questions about thier educational path, as well as troubleshooting basic technical issues in a friendly and accurate manner.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • High fluency in Italian (native speaker or equivalent level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2/B1)
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Italian higher education system
  • Familiar with MS Office

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Customer focus with the desire to help and put students first
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: ability to interface effectively with students, providing great customer service
  • Ability to listen and handle issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Team player with ability to work in a collaborative and easy-going environment
