This position is based in Greece and offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in the logistics industry and customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to shipments, logistics services, and tracking information. Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels. Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients and to address complex inquiries. Stay updated on logistics regulations, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer support roles, preferably in logistics or related fields. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong customer-focus. Able to juggle multiple inquiries and prioritize duties effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is advantageous. A proactive attitude and a desire to assist customers promptly. Willingness to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
