The role includes travel across Italy. Your tasks  * Assist in raising awareness of Compliance risks and how Italian laws and regulations affect our stores and headquarters.  * Support efforts to foster a culture of responsibility in risk prevention by helping adapt internal business processes and monitoring the implementation of plans. * Contribute to the development and review of the Compliance program, ensuring messages are simplified for better understanding and application of the rules. * Act as a point of contact for external audits and assist in follow-up actions when necessary. * Support in organizing training and education initiatives on topics such as quality, security, and reliability. * Support the application of relevant controls to ensure compliance with Italian laws and regulations. * Provide assistance to employees and collaborators in interpreting legislation and regulations, helping translate them into internal rules and controls. * Collaborate on the development and implementation of organizational and Control Models as outlined by Italian Legislative Decree 231. * Assist in maintaining and updating GDPR compliance requirements. * Support the management of Public inspections.
