JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Italy Trade Lane Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. This role requires a strong background in direct sales, with an emphasis on Italy - USA trade. The TLM will utilize CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to closing the sale.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding sales or inside sales, preferably within the Italy-USA trade.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing practices and techniques is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, including lead generation and nurturing client relationships.
  • Experience in outbound calling strategies and warm calling techniques is preferred.
