Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced ITBM/SPM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Business Management (ITBM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) practices, with a focus on tools such as ServiceNow ITBM/SPM. The SME will collaborate with business leaders, PMO, IT, and finance teams to drive portfolio visibility, demand planning, resource optimization, and value realization from technology investments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the primary SME for ITBM/SPM processes, capabilities, and ServiceNow ITBM/SPM modules.
Partner with stakeholders to align IT portfolios and programs with organizational strategy and business outcomes.
Lead the implementation and configuration of ITBM/SPM solutions (demand, project, resource, agile, financial planning, etc.).
Define and optimize processes for demand management, project portfolio management, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
Provide advisory on governance frameworks, KPI definition, and value realization metrics.
Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Train and mentor business users, PMO teams, and IT staff on ITBM/SPM best practices.
Ensure data quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement in portfolio management practices.
Act as a bridge between business strategy, finance, and IT delivery teams.
