About the Role The ITC Sales Specialist is a new position created to support growth across all NHOMS | MassOMS clinics in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. This is a traveling team lead role that provides on-site ITC coverage, performance coaching, and consultative sales support. The Specialist ensures that every clinic delivers a consistent, empathetic, and high-quality patient experience. The ideal candidate is a high-performing ITC or consultative sales professional who thrives on mentoring others, driving measurable results, and creating consistency across multiple clinics. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to Travel between NHOMS | MassOMS clinics in New Hampshire and Massachusetts to provide interim ITC coverage. Lead the full patient consultation process: discovery, education, financial presentation, and scheduling surgery. Shadow and coach ITCs during live consults and provide structured feedback and training. Develop individualized 30-day improvement plans for ITCs and track performance outcomes. Audit lead pipelines and follow-up activity directly in HubSpot. Partner with the Director of Sales and Marketing to monitor results and share best practices. Ensure adherence to the NHOMS | MassOMS Standard Protocol and patient trust message. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals. Performance Expectations Deliver measurable improvement in consult-to-acceptance rates across assigned clinics. Maintain strong personal conversion rates when providing clinic coverage. Document all coaching and performance plans in HubSpot. Ensure full adherence to the NHOMS | MassOMS Standard Protocol. Experience and Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Implant Treatment Coordinator or Treatment Coordinator in oral surgery, implant, or specialty dentistry. Proven success converting consultations into scheduled surgeries. Experience coaching or mentoring team members. Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, reporting, analytics). Familiarity with patient financing platforms such as CareCredit and Proceed Finance. Excellent communication, organization, and emotional intelligence. Travel up to four days per week between assigned clinics across New Hampshire and Massachusetts; occasional overnight stays may be required. Prosthodontic experience preferred. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary of $70,000-$80,000 per year. Quarterly performance bonuses based on accepted treatment production and overall clinic performance improvement across the NHOMS | MassOMS network. Total compensation will include a base salary plus incentive pay based on individual and regional performance outcomes. Includes travel stipend, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits package (medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education allowance).
