Job Summary Join the ITDx team for a 3-month full-time internship focused on the frontier of SaaS and Generative AI. “This is a builder role, not traditional IT support”, where you will bridge the gap between AI research and business reality. You will design and deploy AI Agents and RAG solutions within an AWS ecosystem to automate complex workflows and drive operational agility through data and automation. Core Responsibilities Build AI Agents and agentic coding tools to automate corporate business processes. Work hands-on with AWS Solutions (Bedrock, Lambda, S3) to scale internal applications. Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to transform company data into intelligence. Develop REST APIs to integrate AI capabilities into the existing software stack. Apply AI-driven automation to solve manual bottlenecks with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach. Must-have: Proficient in prompt engineering, context engineering, and working with Gen AI models. High proficiency in Python and JavaScript for software development and scripting. Good understanding of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and business acumen. Pragmatic and results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering functional, high-quality outcomes. Ability to work smart and identify the shortest path to an effective technical solution. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering Plus: Practical experience or certification with AWS services like CDK, SageMaker, or Lambda. Efficiency with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and modern software delivery.
