We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Item Maintenance Coordinator to join our Merchandising team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Item Maintenance, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and maintaining merchandise item details into item databases for the use of internal and external customers and supporting our retail stores, e-commerce, and office departments with any data related issues.

You will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and maintaining all data information for store products from vendors and merchandise suppliers.
  • Supporting a team of three to five Merchandise Category Managers by inputting designated merchandise information, problem solving data issues and making changes related to vendor information.
  • Using multiple internal data systems, including Global Item Center to maintain data integrity when inputting merchandising contracts and new lines or adjusting costing and discounting products.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure data correctness and upkeep in all systems for item information changes at the store level.
  • Answering phone and e-mail inquiries from internal stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Participating in large-scale merchandise item maintenance projects as required.

You have:

  • 1-2 years of office administration or data entry is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
  • Retail experience or previous knowledge of supporting merchandising teams is considered an asset.
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
