Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Driving delivery across sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure teams are aligned, focused, and delivering against commitments.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver technology solutions that are fit for purpose, aligned to business priorities, and delivered on time.
  • Championing Agile and Scrum principles, embedding a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members in Agile best practices, while also ensuring delivery risks and impediments are proactively identified, managed, and resolved.
  • Acting as the delivery advocate within the broader technology group, ensuring teams are empowered, blockers are removed quickly, and outcomes are consistently met.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL HAVE:

  • Demonstrable experience delivering outcomes in structured Agile environments as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead, consistently driving business value while embodying Agile values of focus, courage, openness, commitment, and respect.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead teams, driving change and inspiring a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, using them to provide visibility and alignment on progress and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate delivery status, risks, and solutions across all levels of the organisation.
  • Significant experience working in large-scale organisations, ideally within retail or similarly complex environments.
  • A delivery mindset with strong attention to detail, ensuring quality outcomes are achieved and sustained.
