We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to work under banking domain. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, VB.Net, Powershell scripting, combined with proven experience in managing application stability, incident resolution, and stakeholder communication. This role involves direct interaction with business users, operations, and technical teams to ensure critical banking applications run seamlessly, issues are resolved promptly, and service levels are consistently met.
