What we need: For our team in Bangkok, we are looking for candidates with experience in supporting and managing Desktop and IT Infrastructure. Support Responsibilities: Escalation point for 1st level and 2nd level teams Provide in-depth 3rd level hardware and software troubleshooting, ie BSOD (Blue Screen) and Driver issues. Escalating and working with other teams/vendors as necessary Manage devices via Enterprise systems management. Monitoring and Development: Monitor the health and performance of Windows systems using MS Intune logs and proactively identifying and resolving issues. Conduct regular system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime for end-users. Develop and improve current desktop monitoring system, i.e. Grafana, Telegraf, and OTEL Collector. Develop new solutions to automate tasks and maintain user devices. What you'll Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering 5 years’ experience in supporting office, network and desktop infrastructure. Ownership, you look for solutions and do not pass on problems. Customer Service minded, all the way. The desire to keep up with the latest technologies and stay ahead of the curve.
