The Position IT岗位职责： 1. 协助ITOT团队支持和维护生产所需的各类IT系统和软件。 2. 参与ITOT系统的日常运行和监控，确保系统稳定运行。 ' 3. 协助解决生产过程中ITOT系统的故障和问题，保障生产的连续性和效率。 4. 协助编写和维护ITOT系统的技术文档和操作手册。 5. 支持ITOT团队进行其他相关的工作和项目，如会议室预定，会议记录，运维统计报告，翻译文件等。 OT岗位职责： 1. 协助ITOT制造系统团队的日常事宜，如会议室预定，会议记录，运维统计报告，翻译文件等。 2. 协助ITOT文档工作，如文档格式调整、文件签字追踪、上传文件至Veeva系统等。 3. 熟悉了解MES和PI系统，协助制造系统团队处理简单技术问题。 4. 协助ITOT制造系统团队在项目中的工作。岗位要求：全日制在校学生，学历本科及以上，计算机、信息技术或自动化相关专业优先。英语听说读写良好，可以用英语作为工作语言。对计算机和信息技术有浓厚兴趣，有较强的学习能力和解决问题能力。具有良好的沟通能力，有校内活动负责经验优先。熟悉常见操作系统（如Windows、Linux等）和办公软件的使用。有一定的编程基础，熟悉至少一种编程语言（如Python、Java等）。每周需正常工作2-3天，工作地点上海罗氏张江总部。 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate. Responsibilities

Assist the ITOT team in supporting and maintaining various IT systems and software required for production. Participate in the daily operation and monitoring of ITOT systems to ensure stable operation.
