Data & Digital provides the department with operational excellence for data and digital enabled services and project execution for large scale design and uplift initiatives.  We’re focused on outcomes that deliver more choice, connections and confidence in our travel, ensuring the whole transport network works as one to deliver better services and outcomes.   About the Role Job Location: Ringwood The purpose of this role is to provide technical support for Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) applications, and related solutions. This includes diagnosing, and resolving incidents and service requests, monitoring of system health, and working collaboratively with vendors and internal technical teams to maintain service availability, and performance To access the Position Description, please click here.   Position Outcomes / Accountabilities  Provide level 1 and 2 application and operational support of ITS solutions including application administration, configuration and support and apply ITIL Framework principles, ensuring ITS Systems and associated applications meet availability, performance and security standards. Provide on-call support outside of standard business hours. Manage and resolve assigned incidents and service requests in line with DTP processes, priorities and service levels including analysis, capturing of logs, remediation actions and documentation. Monitor service health and respond to alerts and degradation to minimise service disruption, including performing routine operational checks and coordinating remediation activities with vendors. Proactively identify operational trends, patterns and opportunities. Make recommendations to support continuous improvement and the goals of the business area.  Adapt digital support focus in line with changes to stakeholder and organisational priorities.   Key Selection Criteria The DTP is seeking a motivated professional who can apply systems, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support effective outcomes within a complex and connected operating environment. The role requires confidence in using digital and technology tools, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement, and maintaining quality under time pressure.
