Job Posted: Thursday, June 25, 2026 Closes: Tuesday, July 7, 2026 JOB SUMMARY:  Installs, administers, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and consults on the usage of all enterprise level and internally developed applications as assigned. Functions in the capacity of the Operations Supervisor in his absence. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: HS Diploma or GED required. AS degree in Information Technology required. BS degree in Information Technology highly preferred. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification required, or significant progress toward obtaining the certification and the ability to obtain it within 18 months of hire. Minimum 3 year experience installing, administering, troubleshooting and repairing enterprise level applications and systems. Point of Sale (POS) system and Gaming system experience highly preferred. IBM iSeries, Infinium, and MMS experience highly preferred. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree at the ratio of 2 years of experience for each year of education. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Manual and finger dexterity for operations of personal computer, basic hand and power tools, and completion of routine paperwork. This position is subject to frequent sitting, intermittent walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasionally involves working in confined spaces. High energy casino environment involves frequent exposure to bright lights, smoke, and noise. Administers and ensures the proper maintenance of the Casino’s enterprise software and associated systems, services, and equipment. 2. Monitors and adjusts system components to ensure peak operating performance, and data integrity. 3. Optimizes enterprise level applications for maximum functionality and flexibility within the scope of the systems operational parameters and capabilities. 4. Maintains system security and integrity, and participates in ongoing and periodic audit processes as related to key business systems. 5. Follows system maintenance procedures and management plans to ensure maximum system uptime, reliability, and security. 6. Monitors installed system version levels, remains appraised of latest version and patch offerings from vendors, and makes timely recommendations for installation of these products. 7. Coordinates with Database Administrator and Report Writer to help identify and facilitate custom reporting needs. 8. Works closely with the ITS Management Team on systems projects to ensure evaluated systems meet Legends technology standards and customer requirements. 9. Assists the Network team in troubleshooting problems associated with network servers, networking components and software. 10. Acts as the primary liaison for system user groups, vendor representatives, and IT staff. 11. Remains abreast of changes in network system software and hardware requirements, and makes recommendations for future software and hardware upgrades and purchases. 12. Provides second level support and documents all support calls. 13. Performs advanced administrative tasks such as MSI package development, script manipulation, service configuration. 14. Acts as the senior technical advisor for the ITS Operations Team. 15. Responsible for maintaining documentation for system hardware and software configurations. 16. Prepares and maintains departmental records and documentation. 17. Participates in audits from internal and external agencies, responds to audit findings and corrects audit deficiencies in a timely manner. 18. Demonstrates enthusiasm, courtesy, responsiveness, and professionalism. 19. Proactively and enthusiastically builds relationships inside and outside of the ITS Department to promote operational efficiency and harmonious interactions. 20.
