Skills and Experience

• Experienced with working in IT environments
• Thorough understanding of IT service management (e.g. Risk, Change, Asset & Config management)
• Experience with project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) - ideally with experience of Jira
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and manage delivery activities - working with IT and Non-IT stakeholders
• Confident and strong communicator – with experience of working across all levels of personnel
• Experience working in complex supplier, business and IT environments
• Thorough analysis of processes and procedures and proactively create and maintain documentation

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

• ITSM: 6 years (required)
• Business analysis: 6 years (required)
• Change , Risk , Asset Management: 6 years (required)
