What we're looking forImportantUnderstanding of ServiceNow ITSM, plus exposure to at least one further module (CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, or CSM)
Strong client-facing communication, comfortable leading workshops
Solid analytical and requirements-gathering ability
Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification; relevant experience accepted in lieu
Fluent English
