As an ITSM Engineer, you will leverage best practices and industry standards to manage various IT service management activities. A collaborative spirit is essential as you will work closely with IT support teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of IT services into business needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement robust ITSM frameworks conducive to operational excellence. Oversee key IT Service Management processes including incident, problem, and change management. Work with diverse teams to assess and enhance IT service delivery effectiveness. Analyze service performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives. Provide expert guidance and training on ITSM tools and processes. Ensure all ITSM documentation is up-to-date and reflects current practices and policies. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT service management roles. Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in IT service delivery. Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. Proven ability to develop concise documentation and reports. Status of certifications such as ITIL v3 or higher is advantageous. Project management skills are a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Remote Model Time Flexibility Relocation after 6months based on performance
