Your Team Within the Technology, Infrastructure division, IT Service Management and Operations (ITSMO) own, govern and oversee core ITSMO process and controls across ASX. The team are currently committed to delivering a number of strategic initiatives whilt still continuing to support BAU responsibilities. You will be part of BAU team and responsible for ensuring ITSM/O processes are continuing to operate aligned to policies andstandards. Your Responsibilities: Develop and maintain management, board, regulator, and audit reporting relevant to the ITSMO function Ensure the ITSM knowledge base is current and accurate regarding ITSMO reporting artefacts Develop material to guide process stakeholders to self-serve their own reports Take an active lead in supporting the ITSMO process managers Support the rollout of the IT General Controls relevant to the ITSMO function Support BAU Risks and Issue Management Support the maintenance of Policies and Process documentation Your experience and qualifications: Knowledge of ServiceNow, specifically ITSM, ALM and ITOM Experience working in ITSM/O teams in critical and highly regulated environments Experience of reporting and communicating to C-level executives. Process based thinking. Proven strong communication, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills that show you are able to collaborate and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels Worked both independently and as part of a team with effective problem-solving skills and a good eye for detail Ability to multi-task, and deliver across a number or process disciplines concurrently depending on the needs of the business Nice to have Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA. Responsibilities
The role involves developing and maintaining various reports relevant to the ITSMO function and ensuring that ITSM/O processes operate in alignment with policies and standards. Additionally, the analyst will support the rollout of IT General Controls and assist in managing risks and issues.
