SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION SKILLS

Demonstrated experience in I&IT service management.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining detailed schedules in MS Project, ensuring activities are tracked to completion.
Experience with meeting facilitation, meeting minute creation, action item tracking & follow-ups.
Experience working independently and with both the business and technology teams.
High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Experience in ITIL methodology
