ABOUT THE JOB

  • ITTF FRS is the new IT framework encompassing Projects and Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. ITTF FRS is a new worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices. ITTF FRS organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. ITTF FRS is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK (CIB-ITO; RISK Solutions and ITG-FIT)
  • Technician Application Support is the level 1 responsible for providing technical and functional support to users of the bank applications
  • Usually, this position consists in support to all user’s requests from Finance and Risk; incident, problems and change management; coordination with other levels of support

PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS

  • Business School, Engineer or Master in Information Technology
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience in Support or in Project for Financial Systems
  • Hands-on experience of systems, interfaces and IT processes investigation
  • Knowledge of financial accounting or management accounting processes, standards, controls or systems
  • Knowledge of Excel, Mainframe IBM 30XX and JCL
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
  • Client Care
  • Problem solving and action, and change management oriented
  • Able to work in team mode and support other colleagues in a changing perimeter
  • Strong analytical skills and capable of getting a general overview of situations and issues
  • Good organization skills and commitment to deliver
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and duties (support on wide system scope)
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to work and interact with various people of different expertise
