JOB DESCRIPTION

• Order/maintaining IV supplies
• Quality control
• Performing vital signs
• Reviewing IV consent
• Ensuring patient is comfortable
• Administering first aid if necessary
• Clean up (IV room and lab in between patients, after compounding, etc.)
• Welcomes patients and visitors
• Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule
• Helps patients in distress in case of emergencies.
• Communicates clearly and efficiently with practitioners to ensure a positive experience for patients
• Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
