Village Lane RX is currently seeking a full-time night shift Pharmacy Technician to join our team! Overview We are a closed-door, mail-order sterile compounding pharmacy located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, proudly serving patients across 25 states. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support our growing multistate operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and patient-focused environment while contributing to a dynamic and supportive team culture. Village Lane provides high-quality hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and exceptional patient care. Our mission is to make treatments accessible and convenient, delivering prescriptions discreetly to patients’ homes. We specialize in compounding a variety of medications, including GLP-1 formulations, bioidentical hormone pellets, estrogen and progesterone creams, and specialty face creams to help manage side effects of HRT. Additionally, we offer a range of therapies related to hormone replacement and weight management. Responsibilities • Prepare and package prescriptions safely and efficiently • Following all state and federal regulations • Input prescription information into the pharmacy system accurately • Assist with inventory management and clean room procedures • Prepare prescriptions for mail delivery and assemble packaging for mailed prescriptions • Contact patients prior to filling their medications • Apply all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations in daily work • Organize and present inventory data to pharmacist staff Qualifications • Current, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist Technician License • IV Sterile Compounding Certification preferred • Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in sterile compounding • Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM • Strong attention to detail, regulatory compliance, and patient safety • Proven ability to lead and work effectively in a team-oriented environment Benefits • Health, dental and vision insurance • Disability insurance • 401k with matching • PTO Compensation: $27 hourly + $3/hour pay differential for hours worked between 5:00 PM and 5:00 AM
Responsibilities
The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for safely and efficiently preparing and packaging prescriptions while accurately inputting prescription information into the pharmacy system. Key duties also include assisting with inventory management, clean room procedures, and preparing prescriptions for mail delivery.
