B.responsible End to end ownership of delivering changes or enhancements from the product roadmap Day to day support and incident resolution Training of key users and key user support Analytical thinking Providing scalable and innovative solutions Ability to take fast decisions in a very dynamic environment, with some level of uncertainty Contribute to the identification of opportunities (processes, people) to improve delivery and/or development methodologies B.skilled Ability to have good grasp of the details and manage multiple priorities in a quick turnaround environment Minimum of 3 years Ivalua hands-on experience including solution configuration and working on SQL SQL Experienced (mid-advanced level) is a must L2 Ivalua certified or higher is a must Good understanding of sourcing, contracting, SRM, purchasing and/or invoicing Knowledge in Ivalua KPIs and data analytics dashboards Knowledge in Ivalua integrations with SAP ECC or/and SAP S4 is an advantage Knowledge with SAP MM and SAP Vendor invoice management is an advantage Proficiency in gathering and comprehending business requirements and effectively translating them into technical solutions. Experience in preparing comprehensive functional and technical specification and conducting testing including UAT.
