REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of IT consulting experience , with at least 3 years in Ivalua platform implementation .
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Ivalua modules such as Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Procurement, or Invoicing .
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes and best practices (Source-to-Pay lifecycle).
  • Experience in system configuration, integration (REST/SOAP APIs), and data mapping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a global/matrix team environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ivalua IT Consultant to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform , and a proven track record in implementing procurement solutions across enterprise-level clients. This role involves working closely with clients to deliver end-to-end Ivalua implementations, integrations, and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of Ivalua solutions across various procurement modules (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing).
  • Translate client requirements into detailed functional specifications and Ivalua system configurations.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver tailored procurement solutions.
  • Perform system testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support .
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, configuration specs, and user guides.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Identify areas of improvement and proactively recommend best practices in procurement processes using Ivalua.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration with other systems (ERP, Finance, etc.).
