Responsibilities & Qualifications TekSynap is seeking a Ivanti Systems Engineer with a specialization in IT Service Management (ITSM) to implement and optimize ITSM solutions using Ivanti Service Manager. This role is crucial for ensuring that our IT services are efficient, compliant, and aligned with operational needs. Responsibilities Design, configure, and manage ITSM workflows in Ivanti Service Manager, ensuring they align with organizational processes and federal compliance requirements. Act as a technical lead on projects involving the integration and optimization of ITSM tools, providing expert guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Develop technical documentation and standard operating procedures for ITSM processes, contributing to knowledge sharing and operational continuity. Conduct system performance analyses and implement enhancements to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability of IT services. Collaborate with various teams to ensure ITSM solutions meet business needs and enhance overall service delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering with a strong focus on IT service management tools, particularly Ivanti Service Manager. Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex IT solutions that improve business processes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be a US Citizen Ability to pass a federal law enforcement background investigation. Desired Qualifications Certifications in ITIL, Ivanti Service Manager, or related fields. Experience in federal government contracting environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving technology initiatives in a collaborative setting.
