JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and expertise in various aspects of restaurant operations including inventory control, staff training, and budgeting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
  • Experience with inventory control systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Familiarity with various POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
  • Background in fine dining or casual dining environments is advantageous.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
