REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

✔ IVR Technology Expertise – Advanced knowledge of telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
✔ Speech Recognition Development – Experience in managing and developing speech recognition systems and grammars.
✔ Third-Party Integrations – Experience integrating with AWS Lambda (NodeJS/Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, Google CCAI, and CRM (Salesforce).
✔ Web Services & API Development – Expertise in SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST, and integrating telephony systems with computer systems.
✔ Software Development – Strong object-oriented programming skills to design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
