JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced IVR Chatbot Developer with a focus on Genesys Cloud CX to join our team for a 9-12 month engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with both voice and non-voice applications, as well as a thorough understanding of the Genesys Framework and its integration with internal and external components.
