JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced IVR Chatbot Developer with a focus on Genesys Cloud CX to join our team for a 9-12 month engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with both voice and non-voice applications, as well as a thorough understanding of the Genesys Framework and its integration with internal and external components.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX.
  • Functional and hands-on experience in developing Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot, etc.) application solutions using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
  • Thorough understanding of the Genesys Framework and integration with internal and external components.
  • Proven delivery credentials for Self Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menus based on customer treatment strategies.
  • Genesys Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution areas (Inbound, Outbound, Multi-channel, Desktop, Integration, Recording, Reporting, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong application development experience with Genesys Cloud CX.
  • Hands-on experience with both voice and non-voice application development.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Genesys Framework and its integration capabilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering Self Service and Analytics solutions.
  • Genesys Cloud CX certification in one or more focused solution areas.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
