Description
Lulea University of Technology is looking for an IVY volunteer! The volunteer will support the Interreg project “CATALIS - Cross-program Adoption and Transfer of Arctic Low-carbon Ice-resilient Solutions", under the Programme Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic (Interreg NPA). The objective of the Interreg project "CATALIS" is to strengthen the capacity of public authorities, research institutions, and infrastructure stakeholders across the NPA region to better plan for and manage durable, low-carbon concrete solutions for coastal and offshore environments in Arctic and Atlantic conditions. The volunteer will be carrying out the following activities and tasks: support the project's dissemination and outreach efforts by creating engaging digital content, including social media posts, visuals, and short videos, to communicate Arctic sustainability challenges to young and non-specialist audiences; assist in transforming technical research findings into accessible materials, contribute to the documentation of the observational pilot; help organise and facilitate transnational workshops and meetings, gaining direct experience of international research collaboration. Other information: Financial support of: 39.20 euros per day (week-end and holidays included). Location: Luleå, Sweden. Start and duration: September, for 6 month(s).
