Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities involve achieving monthly and annual sales and KPI targets set by the Store Manager while delivering high-quality customer service in line with IWC policies. This includes educating customers on product knowledge, mechanical watch features, IWC history, and maintaining store visual merchandising standards.
