ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Executive Recruiting team at SAP is responsible for recruiting the world’s best-in-class talent at the Vice President level and above across every board area in Europe, Middle East & Africa. Our EMEA/MEE team consists of ~14 experienced professionals located around the globe, all of whom possess deep domain expertise and executive talent market connectivity.
We are looking for a motivated intern (m/f/d) to join the Executive Recruiting team for at least 6 months and to support our executive recruiters in their daily business.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Eager to learn how executive recruiting works in a global organization
  • Practical experience in recruiting or recruiting operations is an advantage
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work on own initiative as part of a virtual international team; capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance
  • Problem solver, hands-on and solution-oriented working mode
  • Good interpersonal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Proactive team player able to work well under pressure

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

During your internship we’d like to give you the opportunity to get insights into the full process of hiring employees into senior management and expert roles at SAP.

YOUR CORE TASKS INCLUDE:

  • Ensure the operational excellence of the executive recruiting service delivery by:
  • Assigning Headcounts to responsible recruiters
  • Posting jobs internally & externally on the SAP Careers site
  • Scheduling interviews and meetings with HRBPs and hiring managers
  • Providing relevant briefing documents to the business stakeholders
  • Collaborating with Data Management Teams during the hiring process
  • Triggering the executive onboarding process of new hires
  • Prepare monthly, bi-weekly and ad-hoc reports
  • Prepare and submit works council hearings in Germany
  • Create presentations on various exciting topics
  • Participate in exciting global project work related to executive hiring
