Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Manager (HRBP) to lead and manage HR operations at Petour, covering multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, a solid understanding of team building, organizational optimization, and company culture development.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, especially HRBP-related experience, with a strong track record in managing HR functions across multiple countries, ideally in a multinational company.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with building organizational structures and leading cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage HR functions across multiple countries, including China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
  • Lead initiatives on team building, organizational structure optimization, and corporate culture development to align with Petour’s values and strategic goals.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance team motivation systems and incentive structures to ensure high employee engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute HR strategies that support business growth and employee satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
