QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum SPM holder.
  • Fresh graduates: With or without experience is fine, most importantly, a willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an additional bonus.
  • Willing to work on weekends, off on weekdays (5.5 workdays a week).
  • Own transportation.
  • Friendly and cheerful.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Responsible & respectful.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations in the clinic, including: Customer Service, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, arranging files, billing, scheduling patients’ appointments, admin work, and basic cleaning.
  • Answer and process phone calls politely and warmly.
  • Welcome visitors warmly and coordinate and answer any visitor inquiries.
  • Assist with Basic Social Media Posting (Additional bonus).
  • Assist chiropractors & physiotherapists with daily tasks.
  • Handle necessary documentation related to patient files.
