  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales negotiations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and relevant sales platforms.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving new business opportunities, and leading sales efforts for our surveillance solutions. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of security technology, and proven success in closing high-value deals. You will be instrumental in shaping the company’s sales strategy and expanding our presence in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target high-potential clients and expand market share in the surveillance solutions industry.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent revenue growth. Provide exceptional customer service to meet client needs.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging market research, networking, and existing relationships.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare proposals, lead client meetings, deliver tailored presentations, and provide customized surveillance solutions based on client requirements.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process, close high-value deals, and ensure the timely and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and the engineering teams to align sales efforts with product roadmaps and market trends.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to offer clients innovative solutions.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and achievements against targets to senior management.
