This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.
HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. SUMMARY

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) to support mission-critical operations and capability development. This role involves providing deep technical expertise across tactical datalinks, interface control, and C2 planning and operations to accelerate warfighter readiness and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert analysis on warfighting technologies and JADC2 capabilities
  • Identify and address gaps in DOTMLPF-P (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, Policy)
  • Support mission engineering, prototype development, experimentation, and global wargaming
  • Advise Area Air Defense Commander (AADC) and components on joint/allied air, space, and missile defense operations
  • Design and manage C2 training scenarios and vignettes
  • Develop and maintain Theater IAMD Common Operating Picture and Multi-Tactical Datalink Network systems
  • Provide real-time support for contingency operations and integration of JADC2 systems into AOC architectures
  • Assist in the creation of exercise documents: Air Tasking Orders, SPINS, MSELs, coordination cards, etc.
  • Offer technical recommendations on operations, maintenance, and configuration of Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems
  • Collaborate with U.S. Components and coalition partners to enhance JADC2 implementation and effectiveness
