Working in a high-volume environment, you’ll deliver consistent, top-quality service and maintain efficient bar operations. From crafting drinks to managing stock, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the bar is always organised and ready for service. You’ll work daytime shifts with occasional evening events. This role requires strong work ethic, reliability, and an ability to perform at pace while maintaining warm, professional interactions with visitors from all over the world. Essential Criteria Strong work ethic, dependable and reliable with consistent high standards Ability to work efficiently and remain calm in high-volume, fast-paced environments Skilled in bar operations, including drink preparation, stock management, and maintaining organised workstations Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills; able to engage visitors with warmth and professionalism Team player who collaborates effectively and supports colleagues Willingness to learn and develop skills through training Fluent in English Desirable Criteria Previous experience as a bartender, particularly in high-volume or visitor-focused settings Knowledge of whiskey, spirits, or cocktails Experience in hospitality or tourism environments Additional language skills such as French, German, Italian or Spanish Passion for heritage brands and storytelling What we offer We understand our people are our special ingredient.
