Description Responsible for keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition performing any combination of following duties. Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office space. Emptying trash and garbage containers. Authorized to request changes to the Quality System in order to facilitate improvement or to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Education - High School Diploma/GED Proficient / safe use of hand and power tools, ladders, motorized vehicles and general maintenance, supplies and equipment. General maintenance experience Exposure to normal office environment, shop hazards, some chemical hazards and products
