Description Butler Ford is seeking a reliable Maintenance/Janitorial Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff. This role is essential in ensuring the dealership, service areas, and offices are consistently well-kept and presentable. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, showroom floors, and customer waiting areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly Maintain cleanliness in service bays and garage areas Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning materials Perform minor maintenance tasks (light bulb replacement, basic repairs, etc.) Monitor building for safety hazards and report any maintenance issues Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or outdoor upkeep as needed Qualifications: Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good time management and reliability Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety procedures Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor work depending on tasks May require standing, bending, and walking for extended periods Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
